Hi Vin, We replied too your email today and and advised you that we will have track number Monday. This was the only and first email we received and it was answered within 4 hrs on a Saturday. We do clearly state that orders take 1-3 days to process once you have gone through our due diligence to confirm you are rightful card holder for first time orders. I wrote a subsequent update to my message above, but for some reason, it wasn’t posted. The shipment was received as noted above. In fairness to the vendor, it was the first time I ordered from them, and when I didn’t receive a response to my emails, I assumed the worst and feared my money was lost. Patience is not my strong suit and that is all it took for this transaction to work smoothly. Highly recommended and lowest prices anywhere.

I purchased 2 orders ( 2 box Cohiba BHK 56 and 10 box cohiba Bhk 56 from DutyFree Cubancigar ( Damian Cayman” <[email protected]) but he took my money then keep send to my Fake one so i have to return the boxes now i am try to get my money back he keep a void it and have not answer me , dear all cigars love please try to ovoid this man who is lier, thief and low education try to sale and ship out fake, or low quality cigars, most of time he get back from other web to make up money which still fake, he know that we are live far away from him so can not do anything to him i hope with my bad experience with this Man Damian Cayman from Dutyfreecubancigar at Cayman Island will help all of you not fallen to his traps like me. The Bolivar are nice as well. I especially like how the cigars were covered with plume when I first opened the box! This tells me they were well aged, and maintained. Another very enjoyable smoke, which I may order more of in the future.

Here is the true version in short of this transaction:
Those boxes were shipped from Finest Cuban Cigars who at that time was offering us wholesale prices and shipping which represented 1% of our stock back in Sept 2017 when you placed the order.FCC had decent prices on some cigar brands but my original supplier had better and their ship time was way faster. FCC shipped you all boxes one at a time over a period of 3 months and each one you received you claimed were fakes. You were asked to return them back to FCC who then confirmed 5 were received in another 2 month period. In the meantime you asked to be refunded in full and we told you that our policy states that the merchandise be received first,back at FCC warehouse for them to asses.Then I could get your funds back from FCC and then refund you.
The return of the boxes exceeded our return policy of 28 days and too ease the situation I offered Mr Quang to email FCC admin directly about the return of funds as he thought I was prolonging the situation. In that time there was review about FCC on this same site cigaranalysis.com (real or fake part 1 which has been removed?) about the authenticity of FCC product and Mr Quang found this online and then went ahead and made a negative post. The admin from FCC saw this and somehow the blame got put on me. This then lead to more strain and tension with this transaction and the situation. I tried my best to keep in contact and followed up on the returned cigars and it showed that FCC had got them when they were telling me they hadn’t.
I demanded that the funds be returned as I emailed them proof that the boxes(5) were received. FCC then decided that they would handle the rest of this transaction and they and Mr. Quang agreed that FCC would send them replacements. I was scratching my head as every box Mr Quang received said were fake and then he turns around and decides to accept more shipments??? This is when I decided to bow out of this transaction and let FCC and him sort it out. I had pretty much had it with the false accusations and back and forth lies and who said this and who said that.
Mr Quang was cherry picking boxes, and he did not want the seals to be cut open and inspected and when shipped sealed he would return and say they were fakes. He even took pictures with a UV light of the crest on warranty seals which did not glow. Then after returning your boxes then you want them to ship you more? I have no idea if the finds were refunded or the boxes replaced as FCC then cut communication. I requested so many times by email to send me replacement tracking numbers too prove they were sent with for my own protection and nothing! I then decided to cut ties with FCC and there stock listed on my website was immediately removed. That was back in Sept 2016 and now its May 2017 and he claims I have his money! You better go to Hong Kong and take FCC to court Sir!

No Sir, you are incorrect. Read my response again and understand. You claimed you returned all the 5 boxes and it was to address in Switzerland for FCC which I assume is there logistics office. You then turned around and requested replacements, after the fact that you claimed all were fake. You then started posting negative reviews about FCC also. FCC then took it upon themselves to handle the rest of transaction, even though I asked them to send me track numbers for my proof and evidence. FCC never sent and all ties were cut due to the situation which you created.I told you in many emails to let us handle this and don’t get directly involved. Again this is back in Sept 2016 and we are now in May 2017!

I normally do not respond to posts, or post anything online for that matter since you never have the entire story. This situation is no different in that I do not know the backstory, if the cigars were real or fake, if the money was refunded, etc.. As such, I am merely going to provide insight into a recent transaction I had with Damian and dutyfreecubancigars.com to give readers/consumers additional information to use in making their online purchases. Ultimately it is up to each individual to make their own choice, the more information one has however the better their decision will be.
All of that being said here is my experience… I recently purchased a box of cigars from this website I thought were fakes. I scrutinized every detail of the dress box, the BN box, the cigars, the labels, etc. and sent Damian an email summarizing why I felt the cigars I purchased were fakes. He responded immediately to my email and appeared genuinely concerned. He asked that I send pictures and stipulated I could send the cigars back and he would either refund my money or send a new box. After reviewing the pictures I sent he identified the cigars as being authentic. I questioned how he and I could be coming to different conclusions based on the information I had provided. After spending HOURS researching, numerous online searches to find more information to determine if the cigars were authentic, and several email exchanges back and forth with Damian I too have come to the same conclusion that cigars I received are authentic. I did not draw this conclusion from anything Damian said in his emails, I came to this conclusion on my own. The final determinant came when I was able to piece together the bar code using the micro numbers on the warranty seal to verify this conclusion on the Habanos SA website. The cigars I purchased were a box of ten (10) Cohiba Piramides Extras and the serial number on the box/warranty seal is #000025929638 you can confirm for yourself. Damian was both responsive and professional in all of his correspondence with me. I do not work for or affiliate with anyone in the cigar industry. I am an engineer and a consumer. I rely on facts and not conjecture to draw my conclusions and the facts upon further scrutiny were ultimately what drew me to conclude the cigars I purchased are authentic. If they did not cost as much as they do I would take my research one step further and dissect one… Alas, I do not have the heart to do it… Hah!
All of that being said, Mr. Le could have had an entirely different experience than I. I am not questioning what he is saying, simply providing an alternate narrative of MY experience for you to use in making your own decision. Cheers and Happy Smoking to all!!

Cigars were meticulously packed in a water impermeable bubblewrap aluminized envelope. Box was sealed and had all the authentic seals and code numbers. This is my second order from DFCC, First order was a box of Cuaba Divinos which arrived whithin a reasonable time time ( for a package sent from Cayman Islands). Packing was very professional ( sealed box within a sealed Ziplock impervious PE bag). Cigars were authentic with all box codes and seals – and were fresh as if taken from the humidor.
Encouraged by these results I then ordered a box of Cuaba Salomones. It arrived by airmail and packing was impeccable ( sealed dress box, wrapped in a professional aluminized bubble wrap envelope and an airmail paper envelope. Again Cigars are in perfect condition and are beatiful, authentic cuban with all seals and codes.
Damian of DFCC was always responsive to my e-mails, very helpful and attentive to my mailing needs.
Shipping cost was fair and cigar prices are very good !

This would be my second order from Duty-Free Cuban Cigars and let me just say WELL DONE.
The cigars arrived packed perfectly and in ready to smoke condition. The communication from DFCC was second to none. They provided tracking numbers so you know where your cigars are every step of the way. As for the authenticity for the cigars, all the box codes checked out and holograms were intact. If you want authentic Cuban Cigars DFCC is the place to get them. That’s just my humble opinion.

I had a great experience with Duty Free Cuban Cigars. Despite hurricanes making delivery slow, they quickly processed and shipped my Cohibas. They arrived in very secure and safe packaging with no damage. I will be ordering again
New customer. Ordered two boxes (Cuaba Distinguidos and LGC MdO4) on 10/16/2017, arrived 10/31/2017. Communication immediately after purchase was a bit slow but Damian did respond within 48 hours to all of my emails and I was provided tracking info a few days later. Cigars arrived vacuum sealed in original packaging and in excellent condition. Both boxes 2017 stock but to be expected as box codes are not available from them.
Happy overall and I certainly would purchase again in the future as prices on certain items are excellent.
I have bought cigars online for over a decade, from about a half dozen sources. I’ve had problems with each of those sites so decided to give Duty Free Cayman a try. The experience was excellent. I have never had such excellent service, such rapid, thorough and informative, follow up communications.
From the moment the cigars left their point of origin, I had tracking and when I had a question, Damian replied lightning fast.
Apart from the service, the two boxes of Montecristo were excellent, clearly authentic. I did have an issue with the condition of one of the other brands (they come from Switzerland, not Duty Free Cayman) and Damian responded constructively right away.
This outfit does a first class job, they are to be trusted, their prices are very good and the product is for real. A great company. My future orders will be with them.

Just placed my second order with DFCC. First order was a box Montecristo #5 around eight months ago. They were fantastic. Currently waiting on some Trinidad Reyes. I think DFCC have been great, I don’t order a lot of Cuban cigars but when I do it will be be from them. Damian knows what customer service is.

Is quick to take payment but not quick with replies and shipping information. If I paid for tracking information at least send me updates on the package. Sent multiple emails and nothing not even “I’ll check on that and I’ll get back with you.” Site does have good reviews but the “customer service” that everyone is talking great about has not been seen from Damian.

Our suppliers and us have been flooded with orders before Thanksgiving,Christmas parties etc.etc. to your country. We guarantee delivery or your money back, so we do try to not lose and get all orders delivered safely. Please be advised we can estimate a delivery time but we have no control.

Just received a box of San Luis Rey “Regios”. The date on the back of box said “Sept 2017”, so will let them rest in humidor for a while. Have ordered several times from DFCC and other than minor issues (which were quickly addressed by DFCC) all orders were well packed, authentic, and only 7-10 days ship time to USA. They also have a very good selection to choose from. Highly recommend DFCC.

This was my first time to order anything online especially Cuban Cigars..The process was a bit overwhelming I thought and sending money to Cayman Island and getting a product from Switzerland??
Ok well I can say this was probably the best experience of customer service I have had and will be dealing more with Damian!!He answered over 85 emails and responded very professional and shows experience!!I oordered 8 boxes Cubans and they came in 2 separate orders..The first one I received and then a week later after being stuck at JFK for 2 weeks the second box released and delivered!!

Damian and Duty Free cigars are great. Delivered as promised….perfectly packaged and sealed. Authentic, delivered in original boxes. Damian responded to all my emails and concerns, as delivery did take a few weeks. I will definitely order again and have already recommended him to my friends.
I ordered from DFCC. (13899 ). It was my first order and I was a little apprehensive and read the reviews etc…. but the sticks came just as promised. I had a slight delay due to a back order issue of one of my selections. I was trying to get some of them here for a gift and they made it just in time. They were wrapped to perfection in sealed boxes. Damian answered all of my questions and was quite helpful, even with the delay on one of my selections. I would highly recommend Damian and I will be ordering from him again in the future.
Just got my order (2 boxes) from DFCC and I’m very satisfied with the product and service. Everything checks out and is authentic! At first, I was really nervous about not getting my tracking number immediately, but Damian was great with following up with emails to keep me in the loop. For others that are ordering with DFCC, keep in mind that this isn’t some overnight service; there’s relays and customs, etc. so have patience and trust their process. It’s a process that takes time so be patient and you will be rewarded. Will be placing my next order soon!

This Company is a scam and will steal your money, buyer beware!!
Duyfree is illegitimate company and a scam and should be avoided at all costs. I made an order over a month ago that was not completely fulfilled and boxes sent were opened although the website states all boxes sent sealed? They also sent the wrong cigar order and refused to make it right. I requested a refund for two outstanding boxes and he has been making false statements delaying refund. Damian Cayman is not to be trusted and delays respones on refund and now claims I never paid him? I have all receipts and email correspondence if anyone would like to see his games and lies please reach out directly. I doubt I will ever be repaid, just want to protect anyone here from ordering from this scam website.
